Mandi Shepherd

Mandi Shepherd, PHR, is the Senior Director of People at Flatiron School, where they focus on enhancing employee experiences and promoting an inclusive culture. Previously, Mandi served as Head of People at RepeatMD and Director of People at Mercato, where they significantly contributed to employee engagement and retention during rapid growth phases. Their earlier roles include executive support at Cerberus Capital Management and Macy’s, emphasizing organizational effectiveness and communication. Mandi holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona.
