Eric Ball

Eric Ball, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, operations, and management across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Marine Pile Driver - Foreman for Dragados USA, Inc. since April 2020, Eric has held various roles in the company, beginning as a Laborer. In addition, Eric co-owns Sticks and Stones Acrylics and runs e-BALL, LLC, which offers bookkeeping and financial management services for start-ups and small businesses. Prior to these roles, Eric held key positions including Director of Finance at Old World Labs, Inc., Director of Finance and Operations at Percentric, and held multiple management roles at PRA Group and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Eric obtained a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
