Mark Howard

Mark Howard serves as the ITS Manager for the $4.3 billion Hampton Roads Bridge and Tunnel Project at Dragados USA, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held positions including SCADA/EPCS/ITS Manager at Mass. Electric Construction Co. and ITS and Tolling Manager for Central 70. Mark's extensive experience spans over two decades, involving various leadership roles such as Senior Project Manager and Traffic Signal Construction Manager. Mark's early career includes progressive responsibilities at several companies, starting with electrician roles and culminating in project management positions. Mark's educational background includes attendance at The Ohio State University and graduation from Pickerington High School.
