Michael Bauer has a diverse background in youth ministry and graphic design. Currently serving as the Lafayette Student Pastor and Middle School Pastor at Flatirons Community Church since December 2021, Michael has previously held roles such as High School Student Director at Twin Cities Church and Youth Director at Oak Avenue Church. Michael's experience also includes serving as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Bauer Design Co. and as Associate Middle School Lead at Bayside Church. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Christian Leadership from Jessup University and has studied Graphic Design at Sierra College, along with leadership training at Thrive School of Leadership.
