Mathis Cohen has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 when they worked as a Video Production Assistant for Sombrero&Co. In 2012, they worked as a Junior Financial Auditor for Ernst & Young. In 2013, they were a Junior Analyst Business Development for the Agence Française pour les Investissements Internationaux. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Analyst for the Cabinet of the French Minister of the Economy and for Terra Nova - think tank. In 2016, they were Co-founder and COO of Cobli. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Airbnb as Global Program Manager and Community Lead France and Belgium. In 2021, they were CEO and Co-Founder of loumi.co, which was acquired by Garantme. Currently, Mathis Cohen is Head of Product at Flatlooker - Votre gestion locative innovante and a Lecturer - Product Management at Sciences Po.

Mathis Cohen began their educational career at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Mathematics, Statistics and Informatics. Mathis then continued their studies at Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Master of Management degree in Finance and Law. In 2013, Mathis Cohen attended the University of Exeter as a Postgraduate student in Management and Finance. Finally, they attended Sciences Po from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA).
