Maxime Gaud

Maxime Gaud has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Maxime started their career as an Assistant Site Supervisor at EIFFAGE, where they verified plans, supervised safety standards, and managed suppliers and workforces. Maxime then worked as a Site Supervisor at Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, overseeing construction site operations, coordinating the workforce, and completing pending works with the project manager.

In 2018, Maxime joined W Management International as the Operations Manager in London and later became the Head of Operations for Europe. In this role, they were responsible for daily operations in multiple European cities, including the UK, France, Ireland, Belgium, and Switzerland. Maxime supervised maintenance and renovation works in residential areas, managed a team of 10 people, and provided overall supervision for around 50 employees throughout Europe.

Currently, Maxime is working at Flatlooker as a Senior Manager, initially in Operations & Customer Success and subsequently in Business Operations. As a Manager at Flatlooker, they were responsible for daily operations in France and directly supervised two teams of 15 people. Maxime focused on optimizing team efficiency by implementing new processes, tools, and automation.

Throughout their career, Maxime has demonstrated strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.

Maxime Gaud completed an Engineer's degree in Construction at the Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie from 2014 to 2017. During the same period, they also pursued an Engineer's degree in Construction and Project Management at the Technische Universität Dresden. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles at Lycée Janson de Sailly (Paris), where they focused on Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
