Derek Fidler

Derek Fidler is an experienced professional in UX and product strategy, currently serving as the Director of UX & Product Strategy at Flatpay, where significant improvements in product NPS and team expansions have been achieved. As Co-Founder and Board Member at ShelterTech, Derek is instrumental in developing a sustainable board and supporting initiatives for individuals experiencing homelessness. With a diverse background, Derek has held key positions, including UX Manager and Principal Product Designer at Loomis Pay, Senior Product Designer at Twitch, and Lead Product Designer at Bebo, successfully driving product growth and customer satisfaction. Derek Fidler is also the founder of Derek Fidler Design, providing consultancy to startups in product and UX design. Educational credentials include a BFA from the Academy of Art University and a BS from California Polytechnic State University.
