Irene Rizzo

Irene Rizzo is an HR Generalist at Flatpay since March 2025, previously serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Tenth Revolution Group from December 2024 to March 2025, and as an HR Recruiter at Jobtech from January 2022 to December 2024. Irene began professional experience with a Post Lauream Internship at Aldia Cooperativa Sociale, focusing on human resources and recruitment processes. Earlier experiences include an internship at Centro Studi Logos, where observation and psychological test administration were conducted, and participation in the EUROSCOLA project at the European Parliament in 2015. Irene holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from ALMA LABORIS Business School and a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Pavia, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques from the University of Messina.
