Miika Pollari is a highly motivated Head of Operations with a strong background in sales and business management. With a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Korea University, Miika has a proven track record of driving sales growth and building effective teams, having served in various leadership roles, including Team Leader and Branch Manager, where they significantly increased sales volumes and team size. Miika's experience also includes creating training programs and implementing new processes to enhance operational efficiencies. Currently, as Head of Operations at Flatpay, Miika continues to drive customer acquisition and sales while fostering a collaborative work environment.
