Rick Waddell

Rick Waddell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both military and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at Flatter, Inc. and a Venture Partner at New North Ventures, Rick Waddell has held significant positions in the U.S. Army, including Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Deputy National Security Adviser, and various command roles. Rick Waddell's corporate experience encompasses leadership roles such as CEO of Anglo Ferrous Brazil and Executive Vice President at BG Group. An academic background includes advanced degrees in International Relations from Columbia University, History and Portuguese from the University of Oxford, and a Master of Public Administration from Webster University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Fundamentals of Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
