Tim Williams currently serves as a Business Case Analyst at Flatter, Inc., where responsibilities include conducting research, maintaining analysis, and delivering project schedules and management reviews. With over 30 years of experience in the United States Marine Corps, Tim held various leadership roles, notably as the Materiel Readiness Branch Officer in Charge for the III Marine Expeditionary Force, where advising on readiness and logistics was key. Tim’s military experience also includes serving as a Maintenance Management Officer and Equipment Readiness Officer, along with positions in contracting and maintenance operations. Tim holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
