John Sears

John Sears is an established entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and custom home building. As the Owner and Founder of PresPro.com, a custom home builder in the Charlotte, NC market with a branch in Atlanta, Georgia, John has made significant contributions to the industry since January 2009. In addition, John serves as an Advisory Board Member at Flatworld Solutions and has been the Owner of Mission Field Property Management since 2005, specializing in managing single-family residential homes for investors. As an Owner and REO Broker at Realty Point, John has successfully overseen the sale of over 1500 REO properties since 2008, establishing a reputation as one of North Carolina's most productive foreclosure and REO brokers. John Sears attended Macomb Community College from 1998 to 1999.
