Michael Bowen is an experienced operations and marketing leader, currently serving as SVP, Operations at Flaviar since August 2024. Previously, Michael co-founded Speakeasy Co. and held the position of COO from February 2019 to October 2025. Michael's career includes roles such as Director of eCommerce at GoHaus, where responsibilities encompassed marketing strategy development and operational management, and CEO at Beer For Thought, leading the establishment of the Beer-Con platform. Additional experience includes positions at Mindgruve and Geary focused on performance marketing and optimization, and early roles in online media and customer service. Michael graduated from San Diego State University between 2000 and 2002.
