Simon Keel is a seasoned food technologist and chef with extensive experience in culinary development and leadership roles. They began their career as an apprentice chef at Restaurant Schloss from 1994 to 1997, progressing through various positions, including Head Chef at Candela Restaurant and Executive Chef at Hotel Säntispark. Simon served as Head of Product Development at Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel AG from 2018 to 2021, and they currently hold the role of Senior Culinary Development Technologist at Flavour Makers since 2022.
