We're transforming the global food & beverage industry by merging AI with flavour science, supported by Australia's national science agency CSIRO.

Taste is subjective - what tastes like apples to one person, might taste like oranges to another. Yet consumers agree: taste is the most important factor when buying foods & drinks. Our technology evaluates taste scientifically to remove the bias. Our Flavour Quiz maps each person's taste profile, and our AI translates perceived flavour preferences into actual flavour preferences with molecular level accuracy - an industry first.
