David Moore

David Moore has held a variety of roles in the business world since 2000. David began their career as a lawyer for Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney, Australia. In 2001, they joined Diageo as the Regional Counsel for Asia Pacific, then was promoted to Managing Director of Vietnam and later Managing Director of Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore. In 2005, they became a Board Director of Guinness Anchor Berhad Malaysia and was a member of the Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. In 2011, they moved to Shanghai, China to become the Regional Counsel for Greater China. In 2013, they founded Eastmoore Consulting Limited, a business connecting organization with Asia Pacific, and MacLean & Bruce Limited, a company dedicated to providing clients from Asia and around the world access to scotch whisky. David also became a Director of JW Filshill, a fifth generation multi award winning Scottish wholesale business. In 2014, they founded Fusion Whisky Limited, the brand owner of The Glover, a world-first fusion whisky innovation. In 2016, they became a Director of Flavourly.com, a leading UK online craft beer portal. Finally, in 2013, they were a Global Business Development for ResDiary, an original and best web based restaurant diary system.

David Moore completed their LL.B at The University of Edinburgh between 1989 and 1993, followed by a Diploma in Legal Practice at the same institution in 1994. David then went on to pursue an LL.M and M.Phil in Law at the University of Cambridge between 1994 and 1996. Moore is also a Member of the Law Society of England and Wales, and a Member of the Law Society of Scotland.
