Rich Lester

Rich Lester is a Performance Specialist at Flawless since August 2023 and has been a Content Creator at inRiched Entertainment since December 2015, showcasing expertise in writing, directing, and video editing. With a freelance grip role since December 2011, Rich has expertise in set building and equipment management. Prior to Flawless, Rich worked as a Quality Control Technician at Giant Worldwide, evaluating digital media, and served as a Cargo Agent at Delta Air Lines, where filming in-house media and managing social media for Delta Cargo LAX were key responsibilities. Earlier experiences include transportation and logistics roles at Hertz and as a Production Assistant for the show The Amazing Race, alongside leadership at YourWhip.com, an online community for car enthusiasts. Rich holds an Associate's Degree in Video Broadcasting from Specs@LTU.
