Will Ferguson

Will Ferguson is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Platform Engineering at Flawless. Previous roles include Head of Core Engineering and Head of Engineering Enablement at MATCHES, as well as Principal Engineer in Cloud/Platform roles. Will also held the position of Principal Engineer at Travelex and served as Senior Platform Engineer for Digital Transformation at Buildit@wiprodigital. Additional experience includes positions as Principal Software Architect, Software Architect, and Lead Developer in R&D at Northplains. Will holds a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from the University of the West of England, earned between 2003 and 2006.
