Evan Steinberg

Evan Steinberg currently serves as the Director of Governmental and External Affairs at The Florida Department of Education, overseeing the Division of Career, Technical, and Adult Education since February 2023. Prior roles include Legislative Liaison and Policy Analyst for the same division, Government Affairs Consultant at Pittman Law Group, and Legislative Aide at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Earlier experiences consist of serving as Student Body President and University Trustee at Florida State University, working in policy and strategy with the United States Department of Defense, and various legislative positions within the Florida Senate and House of Representatives. Evan Steinberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Florida State University.
