Lars Wintermans is the Head of UX and Creative Strategy at Fledge Solutions and co-founder of Bestand Studio, where they develop innovative digital products and interfaces. Lars is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Interaction Technology at the University of Twente, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Creative Technology.
