Lucas Emmert

Lucas Emmert has a diverse background in engineering and production management, currently serving as the Machine Shop Manager at Fleece Performance Engineering since July 2025. Prior to this role, Lucas was a Production Manager at IBC Coatings Technologies, Inc. from November 2019 to February 2023 and held the position of Production Manager at California Closets from February 2023 to July 2025. From January 2006 to November 2019, Lucas contributed to Stace-Allen Chucks, Inc. as an Engineering Project Manager, leading meetings between engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams, as well as reporting directly to the company president. Earlier experience includes working as a Mechanical Designer at Weddle Equipment Co. from May 2004 to September 2005, where responsibilities included converting existing component drawings to 3D models and creating assemblies with bill of materials.
