Nathan Rhoads

Nathan Rhoads has over 18 years of experience in the fleet management industry. Nathan began their career in 2004 as a Lead Technician at Cassius Mullens Autocare. In 2014, they joined PepsiCo as a Fleet Technician, Regional Fleet Coordinator and Fleet Manager. In 2018, they were Senior Fleet Manager at Reinhart Foodservice, where they supported fleet operations company wide, and built and implemented an annual capital plan of 30MM. In 2020, they became Fleet Manager at High Transit LLC. Currently, they are Director Of Procurement at Fleet Advantage.

Nathan Rhoads has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Colorado Technical University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university in 2020. In 2016, they obtained a White Belt Certification in Lean Business Management from Lean Six Sigma, as well as a Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) from the National Private Truck Council. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Automotive Technology from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, in 2004.
