Sharon Smith has a diverse background in sales, account management, and customer support. At G&K Services, Sharon served as a Territory Sales Representative, achieving sales goals through strong customer relationships. Experience at York Region Media Group included roles in accounts receivable, sales, advertising coordination, and advertising. A significant tenure at Fleet Complete featured progress from Tier 1 Technical Support Analyst to Customer Loyalty Specialist and ultimately a Team Lead and Customer Implementation Specialist, where Sharon received the Customer Centricity Award and managed multiple customer implementations.
