Stephen Loop

Stephen Loop, PE, F.NSPE, M.ASCE, is an experienced owner and board member at the West Valley Neighborhood Association, where they contributed to community development from 2000 to 2014. With a solid background in transportation engineering, Stephen has held prominent roles including Transportation Engineer at the Oregon Department of Transportation and Special Projects Engineer at the Idaho Transportation Department. They have also served in various capacities with professional organizations, such as Secretary/Treasurer for the Western & Pacific Region of the National Society of Professional Engineers and Idaho Delegate to the NSPE House of Delegates. Stephen holds multiple degrees in civil and transportation engineering, including a BSCE from the University of Washington and an MSCE from Oregon State University. Currently, they own Full Circle Enterprises, providing consulting services on transportation and land use issues while working on a historical book project.
