Scott Gilbert

Scott Gilbert has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Scott currently serves as the Chief Business Officer at FLEET Response since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at The Action Center as a Board Member from May 2015 and will continue until December 2023. In 2017, they became the Executive Vice President at Monarch Landscape Companies after their acquisition of Terracare Associates, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration from May 2015 to December 2017. Before their time in the landscaping industry, they were a Partner at REAL Learning Solutions from May 2013 to May 2015 and the Vice President of Human Resources at BluSky Restoration Contractors from October 2012 to May 2013. Scott also has experience in the insurance industry, having been the Director of Field Claims Operations at Farmers Insurance from July 2004 to October 2012 and a Regional Service Director at Safeco Corporation from 1990 to 2004. Scott started their career in hotel management positions at Hilton Hotels and Sheraton Hotels from 1983 to 1990.

Scott Gilbert attended William & Mary from 1981 to 1987, where they obtained a BBA degree in Management.
