Tim Jones

Tim Jones is an accomplished geophysicist with extensive experience in exploration geophysics and geoscience. Currently serving as the Head of Exploration Geophysics at Fleet Space Technologies, Tim integrates forward and inverse geophysical modeling and utilizes High Performance Computing for data processing. Previous roles include Senior Geoscientist at the Department of Energy and Mines and a Data Analytics Lecturer at the University of Adelaide. Tim's background also includes postdoctoral fellowships at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography and Carnegie Institution for Science, and a PhD candidacy at The Australian National University. Academic education includes a PhD in Geophysics from The Australian National University, a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Geophysics from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Newcastle.
