Andreas Y. Gruson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and leadership roles across various industries. As the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of FleetGenius, LLC since December 2019, Gruson also serves as Chairman of the Western Florida Input Committee for the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDCHQ) and as a Board Member for Bigbelly. Gruson is a Partner at Industrial Advisory Services and previously held key positions including Executive Chairman and Chief Sustainability Officer at Compology, where notable achievements included the sale to RoadRunner Recycling. Other significant roles include Director at Cardinal Logistics Management, Operating Partner at H.I.G. Capital, and Chairman at Wastequip and Estre Ambiental. Gruson has an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, with additional education at International Christian University and Bronx High School of Science.

Container and compactor solutions include refurbishment, field service repairs, rentals, inventory and warranty management, cleaning, repairs, A&D (steel & plastic), rebranding, and end-of-life container recycling. New products include steel front load containers, roll offs, industrial containers, hoppers, trailers, recycling containers, and the Pinnacle line of compactors and receivers.
