Chris Santoro

Chris Santoro is an experienced content specialist currently employed at Fleetio since December 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Fuze, where Chris held several roles from January 2015 to August 2022, culminating in the position of Senior Knowledge Base Administrator. In this role, Chris managed knowledge and documentation processes, oversaw content creation, and coached support engineers on best practices. Previous positions at Fuze also included Knowledge Base Administrator and Support Team Lead, where Chris ensured service quality and facilitated training. Prior to Fuze, Chris was a Technical Support Specialist at Bose Corporation, providing advanced customer support for audio systems. Chris began a career in technical roles as a projectionist at AMC Theatres and also worked as a percussion instructor at Andover Public Schools. Chris holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned between 2003 and 2009.
