Peggy Bui

Peggy Bui is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Fleetio since June 2023, Peggy previously held the same position at ZipRecruiter from May 2017 to June 2023, and was Corporate Counsel at the Automobile Club of Southern California for 14 years. Peggy's expertise includes drafting and revising a wide range of contracts, particularly in the areas of IT and procurement agreements, as well as extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, gained during tenure at Perkins Coie LLP and Loeb & Loeb LLP. Peggy began the legal career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, focusing on commercial lending and bankruptcy reorganizations. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, and an A.B. in Economics and East Asian Studies from Stanford University.
