Ryan Giordano

Ryan Giordano currently serves as the Director of Talent Development at Fleetio, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan founded Growthwave, LLC in January 2022, where over 500 hours of coaching were provided to 60 clients in high-growth tech companies, focusing on tailored 1:1 leadership coaching. Ryan also worked as a Course Instructor for Maven, facilitating "The Career Storytelling Sprint," and served as the Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Gong, where foundational L&D practices were established. Earlier experiences include managerial roles at Blend and training specialist responsibilities at Pandora, where significant improvements in onboarding and employee engagement were achieved. Education was completed at California State University, Chico with a degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Psychology.
