John Mitchell has been serving as a National Towing Analyst at FleetNet America, Inc. since August 2013, where responsibilities include auditing towing invoices for compliance and managing customer disputes related to damage claims. Previous roles at FleetNet include TM Care Sr. Account Representative, overseeing maintenance and compliance for FedEx's transportation equipment, and Vendor Relations Clerk, managing the vendor database and supporting special projects. Prior to FleetNet, John worked as a Secretary/Technical Assistant at Energy Solutions Heating and Cooling and as a Cashier at Walmart. John graduated from Cherryville High School in 2008 with a High School Diploma in College Tech Prep.
