Mark Blackburn

Mark Blackburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and governance. They served as the Group CFO and Company Secretary at McMillan Shakespeare from 2011 to 2020 and held various leadership roles, including CFO at IOOF from 2004 to 2009 and Group CFO at iSelect from 2010 to 2011. Currently, Mark is the Chair of the Audit, Business Risk, and Compliance Committee at Pro-Pac Packaging (Aust) Pty Ltd and also serves as a Non-Executive Director at FleetPartners and Chair of the Audit Committee at Lifestyle Communities Limited. Mark earned a degree in Business, Accounting from Monash University, where they studied from 1977 to 1983.
