Robert Naylor, MBA, is a seasoned professional in digital solutions and business analysis with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Solutions at FleetPride since September 2025, Robert previously held roles such as Lead Digital Solutions Engineer and Digital Adoption Representative at MRC Global. Additional experience includes serving as Digital Systems Engineer/Supply Chain Consultant at WESCO Distribution, and a significant tenure at MWM System Incorporated as a Business Analyst/System Engineer. Robert also contributed to youth hockey as Head Coach for Southpointe RinkRats Bantam AA and Middle School Ice Hockey.
