Alaa Ayass

Alaa Ayass has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alaa started their professional career as a Marketing Intern at J. Walter Thompson BEIRUT in 2017, where they participated in various marketing campaigns and presented a project highlighting the use of technology in marketing and advertising.

In 2018, Alaa joined Mentor Arabia as a Marketing Intern, assisting in developing rehabilitation programs for children and creating awareness campaigns for impoverished children. Later that year, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Beirut Circle S.A.L, where they contacted potential clients, ensured customer satisfaction, and obtained customer information to target their needs.

From 2020 to 2022, Alaa worked at Outsource MEA, first as a Business Development Manager and later as a Sales Manager. In these roles, they managed deals from creation to closure, planned sales strategies, and achieved the annual target.

In 2022, Alaa joined Quiqup as a Client Acquisition Manager, where they reached a daily target of 150 orders, negotiated deals, and developed a deep understanding of clients' needs to provide competitive proposals. Alaa also built long-term relationships with clients and ensured their day-to-day satisfaction by ensuring smooth operations.

Later that year, Alaa joined Grubtech as a Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales growth. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Manager at FleetRunnr.

Alaa Ayass completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Lebanese American University from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Alaa also obtained various certifications in different areas. They completed a course titled "Digital Marketing Analytics In Theory" from Coursera in November 2020. Furthermore, in May 2017, Alaa obtained a certificate of completion in "How To Get Ahead In Advertising" from IMPACT BBDO, a certificate of completion in "Business Planning & ROI" from VANGUARDS Consulting, a certificate of completion in "Creative Thinking And Innovation" from Fernand Hosri Group, and a certificate of completion in "Presentation Skills" from J. Walter Thompson BEIRUT.
