Shantanu Sachdev

Shantanu Sachdev has a robust background in engineering and technology leadership, beginning with a role as a Member of Technical Staff at Oracle from July 2013 to June 2015, where contributions were made to the Oracle BI Cloud Service. Shantanu advanced to ixigo, serving in multiple capacities including Senior Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, and Technology Lead from June 2015 to March 2017. A tenure at Paytm as a Technical Lead in early 2019 was followed by significant roles at fleetx.io, where Shantanu served as Head of Engineering (Backend) and AVP Engineering until December 2021, and currently holds the position of VP Engineering since January 2023. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, completed from 2009 to 2013, and earlier education at City Montessori School, Lucknow.
