Martin Joly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2013, they worked as a Back-End Developer Intern at AFIBEL and as a Software Developer Intern at Evolution SA. In 2014, they interned as a Back-End Developer at DotMastaz and served as the President of Association The Grunge. In 2016, they joined Centrale Lille as a Software Engineering & Computer Science professional, where they took on responsibilities such as project management and event organization. In 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Auchan Retail, focusing on the development and management of a retail supply chain system. Later in 2017, they joined Ordoclic as a Tech Lead and later as a CTO, contributing to the development of medical software and overseeing application development. Currently, Martin Joly is serving as the CTO at Fleex.
Martin Joly pursued their education in the field of computer science and industrial engineering. From 2015 to 2017, they engaged in Algorithm Design & Programming studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology through the MIT OpenCourseware program. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2018, they attended Centrale Lille, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Informatique et Industriel.
