Nithya Govind

Nithya Govind is currently the Managing Director at InvAscent, a private equity firm, where they have held the role since 2020. Previously, Nithya served in various investment capacities at InvAscent, and also worked with Grant Thornton LLP in Risk Advisory Services from 2006 to 2009. Nithya has been a board member at several organizations, including Sharp Sight, Fleming Laboratories, and Murli Krishna Pharma Pvt. Ltd., and has acted as a board observer at various companies such as Anjan Drug Private Limited and Sunshine Hospitals. Nithya holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and is a chartered accountant, having completed education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
