Bhaskaran V has over 22 years of experience in Condition Monitoring, Data Analytics, and Research & Development across various process sectors such as Cement, Sugar, Engineering, and Wind Industries. They have held positions including Assistant Lead Engineer at Vestas Technology R&D and Manager at Suzlon Energy Limited, before assuming their current role as Head of Condition Monitoring at Flender Drives Pvt Ltd. Bhaskaran is a Level III certified Analyst according to ISO 18436 from the Mobius Institute in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from St. Peter's Engineering College, where they graduated with First Class honors.
