Linda Winter

Linda Winter is an IT Project and Change Manager at Flender, where they also focus on Change Management. Previously, they worked at Siemens and Flender AG in various roles, including Assistant to the Managing Director and Partner Manager. Linda has a strong educational background with degrees in General Business Administration from Fachhochschule Münster and Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Münster, as well as a qualification in Industrial Business Management. In their free time, they are dedicated to mental training, CH'I systemic practices, and mindfulness.
