Michael Baxmann

Michael Baxmann has extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as the Vice President of Quality Management at Flender since 2020. Previously, Michael held several leadership roles at Flender from 2010 to 2013, including Head of Production and Head of Supplier Quality Management. Michael also worked as a project manager and scientific employee at Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL der RWTH Aachen from 2003 to 2007. Michael earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Production Technology from RWTH Aachen University, and holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Vordiplom in Business Administration from the same institution.
