Sandro Schebitz is the Global Head of Cost and Value Engineering (CVE) at Flender GmbH, a position held since 2023. Previously, Sandro worked at Deutsche Accumotive GmbH & Co. KG, Daimler AG as a Project Manager specializing in production planning for high-voltage and electric vehicle batteries from 2016 to 2018. Sandro also gained experience at IAV GmbH as a Team Manager in Cost Engineering and completed an internship in Digital Factory/Plant Planning at BMW Group. Sandro holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieur Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Chemnitz and participated in an Erasmus program in Business Administration at the University of Economics in Prague.
