Tomislav Agatic

Tomislav Agatic serves as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Flender since December 2020, where leadership has driven sustainability initiatives resulting in a 30% productivity increase and cost reductions, as well as the integration of predictive methodologies. Prior experience includes a role as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Siemens, where a high-performance department was developed, achieving a 20% improvement in operational efficiency, and project management enhancements for PLM transparency. At Cooper Standard, Tomislav coordinated product launches and established a tool repair workshop. In earlier roles at ContiTech, Tomislav refined the industrial engineering department's structure and implemented tool management methods during plant expansion, and laid the groundwork for the department in a greenfield startup. Tomislav's career began as a Technologist at Higlo, focusing on quality assurance in vegetable processing. Tomislav holds a Graduate Diploma in Engineering from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia.
