Walter Silva

Walter Silva is a neurology specialist with a focus on epilepsy. Graduating from the University of Buenos Aires in 1991, Walter became a licensed physician and later earned a specialization in neurology in 1996. Walter has held positions such as Chief of the Epilepsy Service at FLENI and was the Chief of Pediatric Epilepsy and Neurophysiology at Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires from 2005 to 2022. Currently, Walter actively participates in the International League Against Epilepsy as a member of the Latin American Commission. Additionally, Walter served as President and Vice President of the Liga Argentina Contra la Epilepsia, demonstrating a commitment to advancing care in the field.
