Richa Sharma has worked in various roles since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Script Writer and Actor at PB Cine Arts. In 2014, they were the Author of What SHE says? What HE meant?. In 2015, they were an Internship Trainee at Heidelberg Cement Ltd, Jhansi. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Content Writer at Plaxonic Technologies, a Senior Content Writer at Yupple Technologies, and a Content & Account Manager at Emporiom Digital. In 2020, they were a Tech Copywriter- User Experience at Publicis Sapient. Currently, they are working as a Head of Marketing at both Flentis Corporation and OPUSING LLC. At Flentis Corporation, they are heading the digital marketing and global outreach programs with outcome-based strategies that are focused on market presence, brand awareness, online reputation and lead generation. Richa is also building GTM, strategic marketing budgeting, ROI mapping and defining product growth journey.

Richa Sharma graduated from the Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2012 with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering.
