Welcome to the FLEOA 111 Project, a proud and dedicated extension of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA). As a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our mission is to provide in-depth expertise and support in the realms of police use of force, physical control tactics, firearms proficiency, mental health, and officer safety. One of the primary means of accomplishing this mission is by propagating jiu-jitsu training throughout the law enforcement community. 

At the heart of our project is a commitment to enhancing the training, effectiveness, and safety of law enforcement personnel at the local, state, and federal levels. We achieve this through various educational initiatives, training programs, and the dissemination of critical information pertinent to law enforcement practices and safety measures.
