John M.

John M. has a strong background in IT management and leadership roles. John started their career in 2007 as a Senior Application Analyst at Transfield Services, where they worked until 2014. John then joined Downer New Zealand, where they held several roles including Senior Application Analyst, Enterprise Applications Manager, and General Manager Applications. In 2019, John joined Fletcher Building as the Head of IT - Construction, responsible for developing and implementing IT and Digital strategies within the Construction Division. John also served as the Residential and Construction Applications Manager at Fletcher Building. Overall, John has extensive experience in IT strategy, service delivery, and operations.

John M. completed an Executive Education Programme in the Strategic CIO Programme at The University of Auckland in 2017. John holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography from Northumbria University and a Master's degree in Information Systems from The University of Huddersfield. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as "Driving Digital Transformation" from the International Institute for Management Development in 2022 and various Procore certifications in project management and quality & safety from Procore Technologies in 2020.
