Mohanan is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in payroll management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Payroll Partner at Fletcher Building since June 2022, previous roles include Payroll Consultant at AWF Madison Group from 2017 to April 2025 and Payroll Specialist at The University of Auckland from February 2015 to February 2017. Mohanan began a career in operations management as an Operations Manager at Serco from June 2009 to May 2013, responsible for client management and team oversight.
