Lance Wimmer

Lance Wimmer is a seasoned patent attorney and shareholder at Fletcher Yoder, where patent prosecution has been the primary focus since September 2010. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a summer associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in 2009, and a substantial role as a technical analyst at Hewlett Packard from September 2001 to August 2008. Earlier in their career, Lance Wimmer served as a quality assurance lead at Compaq Computer Corporation from May 1999 to May 2001. Academically, Lance Wimmer earned a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center (2007-2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University (1998-2001).
