Xinmei Qu

Xinmei Qu is an Intellectual Property Attorney at Fletcher Yoder, specializing in various IP needs related to advanced technologies such as semiconductor manufacturing, machine learning, and quantum computing. Currently, they are a PracticePro 1L Diversity Scholar and have held positions as a student attorney and legal writing fellow at the University of Houston Law Center. Xinmei holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and a PhD in Physics and Astronomy from Texas A&M University, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Optoelectronics and Information Engineering from Shandong University.
