Nicolás Rodríguez

Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative solutions for educational technology. At SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has contributed to the development of hardware and firmware for DViT interactive whiteboards and related devices. Prior to this role, Chris worked as an electronics contractor at the Science Alberta Foundation, focusing on the design and repair of educational devices, and served as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary. Chris also has experience as an electronics engineer at Grindcom, where responsibilities included circuit design and software development for forestry control systems. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
